Model and fabric selection
Choose a cap shape or provide a reference. Discuss fabric, peak details, seasonal suitability and required size or adjustment options.
Custom decoration
Review embroidered branding, placement, color matching and other supported decoration techniques before confirming the production specification.
Approval and fulfillment
Provide a breakdown by color and quantity. After offer acceptance and written product approval, production and dispatch are scheduled.
A straightforward route to wholesale production
Send a model code, reference image or technical file with your planned quantities and destination. We review manufacturability, available materials and commercial terms, then provide a quotation rather than accepting unconfirmed pricing.
Approved custom production of 50–10,000 pieces follows the stated up-to-14-day delivery policy subject to written order terms. Higher-volume timelines are arranged individually. Shipping is charged separately and export dispatch may use DHL.

How should I specify a mixed-color order?
